Muz pack Factory has two factories located in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province and Jiangyin City of Zhejiang Province, which employ 632 workers. The Dongguan factory covers an area of about 5600 square meters, and the Jiangyin factory covers an area of about 15000 square meters. We specialize in producing lotion pumps, foam pumps, trigger sprayers, and mist sprayers and so on.

Muz pack has more than 216 injection molding machines and 32 automatic group lines, which ensure that our packaging products can be delivered on time. Our production process begins with injection molding machines, which are used to form the desired shape of the product. The injection molding machines are of the highest quality, providing precision and accuracy for each part produced. These machines are equipped with digital controllers, allowing for precise temperature control, and automated loading and unloading. The machines are also capable of producing parts in different sizes and shapes.

Once the parts are produced, they are sent to the assembly line, where our workers assemble the parts into the desired product. Our assembly line is highly automated and efficient, allowing us to produce high quality products quickly and accurately. We also have a quality control system in place to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards. In addition to our injection molding machines and assembly line, we also have a variety of other equipment and professional capabilities. We have several CNC machines, which are used to produce precision parts with intricate detail.

Muz Pack Plastic Packaging Factory also have a variety of welding and metalworking equipment, allowing us to fabricate custom components. We have a full design and engineering team, allowing us to design and produce custom products to meet the needs of our customers. We also have a research and development team, which is constantly working on new and innovative products. We also have a variety of other capabilities, such as silk screening, pad printing, and hot stamping. These processes allow us to add logos, designs, and other custom details to our products. Muz pack was founded by Mr. Hu in 2012. Mr. Hu is a highly experienced and knowledgeable entrepreneur who has been involved in the plastic packaging industry for many years. Mr. Hu’s passion for plastic packaging began in his childhood when he was exposed to the art of plastic molding and packaging. He was fascinated by the complexity and creativity of the process and was determined to pursue a career in the field. After graduating from college, Mr. Hu started working in a plastic packaging factory in his hometown. He quickly rose up the ranks and soon became the head of the production department. It was during this time that he developed an extensive understanding of the industry and gained valuable experience in the production of plastic packaging. After a few years of working in the plastic packaging factory, Mr. Hu decided to start his own business. With the knowledge and experience he had gained over the years, he was confident that he could produce superior quality products and provide customers with the best service. He started his own plastic packaging company in 2012, with the aim of providing the highest quality plastic packaging solutions to his customers. He quickly established a reputation for providing superior products and excellent customer service. Leo and Mr. Hu have known each other for many years, maintaining a good working relationship. In the past few years, Leo has been in charge of the production department at Mr. Hu's company, and they have established strong trust and understanding between them. One day, Mr. Hu came to Leo with a proposal that would forever change their business. He wanted to start a new company together to produce trigger sprayers, mist sprayers, and other products. It was a bold plan but Leo trusted Mr. Hu and was willing to take the risk. He agreed to the proposal, and so they began working towards realizing their dream. At first things went smoothly; they found a factory where they could conduct business and begin production of high-quality products with high demand. However as time passed by, they faced some challenges: The factory was old and needed upgrading; materials used for product manufacturing did not meet standards. It was then that Leo and Mr.Hu had to brainstorm ideas on how to overcome these obstacles.They decided after several discussions that investing in new materials & equipment would be necessary along with focusing on product quality ensuring every item met highest standards. Their changes paid off greatly - product quality improved significantly leading an increase in demand for their products.Their business flourished as Leo &Mr.Hu's company became successful. However despite all their hard work both still faced economic problems- They needed more funds but didn't have enough money themselves.Leo suggested taking out loans from banks which could be invested into the company.Mr.Hu hesitated initially but eventually agreed.They took out loans,purchased new materials&equipment,and hired more employees.This led their company quickly growing into one producing only top quality packaging goods."
